Ralph Buccinno established R-B FINANCIAL/MORTGAGES, INC. in 1991. Prior to starting the company Ralph worked in the real estate business for over twenty years.

During his many years in real estate, Ralph gained the knowledge, skills and core values that he instilled in the establishment of R-B FINANCIAL/MORTGAGES, INC.

It is with these values in mind that R-B FINANCIAL/MORTGAGES, INC operates as a mortgage broker. Since being founded, the company has grown from a one-man operation to a well organized, small, associate-supported business.

R-B FINANCIAL/ MORTGAGES, INC. operates out of an office in Sterling Heights. With Ralph’s core values instilled in the company operations, he has passed the torch amongst the family. Currently, his daughter Diane serves as President and runs the day-to-day operations of the company.
