Don Thomas is a 15 year veteran of the mortgage industry.  Don started his career as a broker working in his family’s mortgage company.  In 1999 the firm was sold to a real estate company where Don held the position of VP of Operations.  In 2001 Don moved to the banker side of the business joining First Horizon as a Senior Originator. 

In 2002 the opportunity to start a branch for Countrywide lured Don back to the management side of the business.   Except for a brief hiatus, Don worked as a manager for Countrywide until 2006 after which he opened his own net-branch under PrimeLending. 

In 2009 Don moved his branch to Envoy Mortgage and now concentrates his time originating loans as a Mortgage Banker and Certified Divorce Planner.   Don and his wife Dee have been married for 17 years and have a five year old daughter, Savannah.
